Submit your request. After payment there is a short questionaire to prepare me for your session.
I receive your request. Within 24 hours of receiving your request, your session will be completed and I will email you to let you know.
Follow up & results. You will receive 3 additional emails over the following 7 days to update me on any remaining triggers and I will check and release any negative emotions that are outstanding
Sessions are completed via email. There is no need to schedule a meeting, or meet via zoom. I connect energetically and do the session on your behalf (as proxy). I will send you an email immediately the session is complete so that you can start to notice any changes.
What do I need to do?
You go about your day/evening as you normally do. I will email you when your session is completed. It is important to start hydrated after your session so please drink extra water over the following day.
Following the first session you will have 3 opportunities to update me with your results.
Can I combine this with other programs you are doing?
I recommend that you start with one program and complete that before commencing with another. This gives you an opportunity to notice the changes that are occurring, and also to give your body a chance to adjust.
Why is this process effective at reducing/eliminating items like sugar?
Many of our habits are as a result of connections we have with the feelings of eating, particularly foods that made us feel really good. Sugar is definitely one of those. These connections are based on numbing out how we are feeling, and the resulting 'feel good' feeling we get from eating that item. Once the emotions are cleared that are connected with this behaviour, they no longer drive your actions. You are free to fill your day and time with other things that give you joy. Without the old trapped negative emotions, it is much easier to move on from the behaviour that had you reaching for extra snacks and sugary items.
